Application
Series ZY high vacuum insulating oil purifier is specially designed for purification of aging transformer oil, mutual inductor oil, switch oil, capacitor oil, and other electrical insulating liquids. The process maintains the oil's dielectric strength and removes free carbon, soluble water, air/gases, and particulate matter.
Features
- Compact, high-efficiency and convenient. Supports live operation with electrical systems, vacuum oiling, and drying of power equipment.
- Duplex-stereo film evaporation technology combined with advanced dewatering and degassing components for rapid and effective separation of water and gas from oil.
- Efficient electric heating system with uniform heating, low power consumption, and safe, reliable performance.
- Double infrared liquid level sensor and pressure protection system ensure safe and easy operation.
- Interlocked protective system connects oil pump, heater, and liquid level sensor to prevent blank heating, blank pumping, oil leakage, and electrical failure. In case of fault, the system shuts down automatically.
- Can work with BZ insulating oil regeneration device to decolor, remove acids, oxides, and free carbon, improving dielectric performance and clarity.
Advantages
Series ZY is an efficient and economical insulating oil purifier. Thanks to duplex-stereo film evaporation technology and advanced separation components, its working efficiency is 3–5 times higher than traditional oil purifiers. With interlocked protection, double-infrared level sensors, and pressure control, it ensures safe, unattended operation.
