HYVA oil tanks are made of steel or aluminum. They have optimal protection against corrosion, both inside and outside. The powder coating of the tanks protects them from the harmful effects of the environment. At the end of the production process, each tank undergoes washing and testing for tightness. Thanks to the use of oil and air filters, the service life of hydraulic components is increased, which allows for cost reduction. All oil tanks are equipped with high-quality air filters (10 microns), and almost all have a return oil filter.

The total capacity of the tank depends on its internal dimensions. All oil tanks are equipped with oil level indicators. The correct oil level is 50 mm below the internal height of the tank. The tanks have an installation plate, which allows for quick installation of a relief valve. The outlet of the return oil line should be lower than the low oil level. The end of the return pipeline is angled at 45 degrees to reduce the speed of oil discharge, which causes the formation of oil foam. 

 When choosing an oil reservoir, the following factors should be taken into account:

• the power of hydraulic components,
• the capacity of the oil pump,
• the availability of free space on the vehicle,
• the use of valves and filters.
