The duplex filter series DWF 1505 has a working pressure up to 232 PSI. Pressure peaks can be absorbed with sufficient strength margin. The switching ball valve between the two filter housings allows switching from the dirty side of the filter to the clean side without interrupting operations. The filters can be installed as suction filters, pressure filters, or return line filters. The filtering element consists of a star-shaped, corrugated filter material, which is supported inside a perforated tube and connected to the end covers with high-quality adhesive. In addition, the filter has a metal outer core in the depth to protect the filtering material. Flow direction is from outside to inside. To clean the mesh element or replace the glass fiber element, remove the cover and remove the element. Mesh elements do not guarantee 100% performance after cleaning. For filtration less than 40 microns, use disposable glass fiber elements.
