The HF525 filter series is usually installed on the tank and used as the only solution for filtering the oil flow from the open circuit return line and supplying filtered oil under a pressure of 7.25 pounds per square inch (0.5 bar) in the closed circuit suction line. The reverse flow rate must always be greater than the required suction line flow rate; if this condition is not met, in emergency situations the filter may supply the closed circuit by directly suctioning and filtering oil from the tank through a special anti-cavitation valve, including an auxiliary filter with a filtration degree of 120 microns. To ensure proper filter operation, make sure that the minimum oil level is always higher than the valve block installed in the bowl. The filtering elements are made of special materials for easy waste removal.
The HF525-30 filter is made with two parallel threads for both the return and suction lines.
The end user can choose the best connection configuration based on the hydraulic system and hose orientation. The internal bypass is set at 36 pounds per square inch (2.5 bar). The anti-cavitation valve with filtering element
