Application: In high pressure return lines of hydraulic systems.

Wear protection: Using filtering elements that even with full filtration meet the highest cleanliness class requirements.

Fault protection: Through full flow filtration in the system, pumps in particular are protected from dirt particles entering the system from the outside, remaining after assembly, repair, due to wear.

Special features:

Bypass valve: Located near the inlet opening of the filtering element prevents contaminated particles from entering the clean side of the filter.

Removable bowl: In case of technical maintenance, the filter bowl is removed together

with the filtering element.

Filter maintenance:

Filtering elements: Flow direction from outside to inside. Star-shaped pleating of the filter material provides: Large cleaning surface; low pressure drop; high dirt holding capacity; long service life.

Accessories: Extension tubes or diffusers at the bowl outlet are available on request. Even a combination of both options is possible.
Extension tube: The correct length of the extension tube ensures an outlet below
the minimum oil level and prevents foaming.
Diffuser: Diffusers reduce the speed of the oil and direct the oil to the outlet at 90 °. This function also prevents oil foaming and swirling of solid particles at the bottom of the tank. Mesh screen
the filter element filters the oil in case of an open bypass valve.
Electrical and optical clogging indicators are available on request.
